Are you experiencing struggles with your mind, emotions, and behavior? How were they developed? 

One way that triggers the mind, emotion, and behavior is the Belief System. It is either inherited or developed by one’s experiences. Any consistent thought pattern can become a belief, and the beliefs that have been perpetuated over time become a belief system. People developed attachments to these belief systems and come to rely on them as true.

In this first part of the Episode with Erin, we will learn how to irradicate those Belief Systems we got used to that got us stuck.
